About Us

Meet Katie...

I'm Katie Anderson a proud Wolastoqey woman from Oromocto First Nation, and my journey is one of growth, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of becoming the best version of myself. Born and raised in Lincoln, New Brunswick, I come from a large, loving family where laughter, support, and strong connections shaped who I am today. Family is everything to me, and being surrounded by many nieces and nephews has only deepened my appreciation for the bonds that hold us together.

At 24 years old, my greatest and most cherished role is being a mother to my incredible 4-year-old son. He is my biggest motivation, my daily inspiration, and the reason I wake up every day striving to be better than yesterday. Motherhood has taught me patience, strength, and the power of unconditional love.

I have always been passionate about learning new things. Whether it's discovering new skills, diving into personal development, or exploring creative outlets, I believe growth is a lifelong journey. Every day is an opportunity to improve, and I take that mindset with me in everything I do—whether in my personal life, career, or dreams.

As an entrepreneur and co-founder of Urban Native Threadz, I am working toward building a brand that represents my Indigenous heritage while also empowering others through fashion and cultural expression. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but my determination keeps me pushing forward. I believe that challenges are simply stepping stones to something greater, and I embrace each obstacle as a lesson to shape my future.

This is just the beginning of my story. I am constantly evolving, learning, and striving to create a life filled with purpose, love, and success. My journey is about progress, not perfection, and I’m excited for everything that lies ahead.

Meet Keeley...

I’m Keeley Moulton, a proud Wolastoqey woman from Tobique First Nation, now making my home in the Fredericton area. At 28 years old, I’ve embraced many roles—mother, entrepreneur, creative soul, and lifelong learner.

But above all, I am someone who values connection, culture, and self-growth. Growing up in a big family, I learned early on the importance of community and resilience. Those roots have shaped who I am today—not just as a mom of two, but as a woman determined to create something meaningful for my family and my people.

Education has always been a passion of mine, leading me to complete three diploma programs along with cosmetology school. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for self-care, creativity, and the power of transformation—whether it’s through beauty, fashion, or personal growth.

Some of my happiest moments are found in the simplest of things: long drives with no destination, quiet visits to the water, and the feeling of getting lost in thought or adventure. There’s something about those moments that reminds me of who I am and where I come from.

Now, I’m channeling my passion into something bigger. As the co-founder of Urban Native Threadz, I’m working to build a brand that blends Indigenous identity with modern style, a space where culture and fashion intersect with confidence and authenticity. This journey is about more than clothing—it’s about representation, empowerment, and giving back to the community that has shaped me. Through it all, my goal is simple: to keep growing, keep creating, and keep inspiring. Whether it’s through my work, my family, or the everyday moments that make life beautiful, I’m here to leave my mark in a way that’s true to who I am.
